Our 13-Step Project Process

2. Initial Consultation Booking
We review the enquiry and schedule an initial phone or site consultation to discuss the project scope, goals, and any potential site constraints.
3. Initial Consultation
During this meeting, we help define your vision, intended functionality, and key expectations. This is where we listen, clarify details, and start shaping a practical plan.
4. Site Inspection & Estimate
A detailed site inspection is conducted to assess existing conditions, access, and services. We then prepare a preliminary estimate that reflects the real-world scope of works.
5. Estimate Acceptance
Once you are happy with the preliminary estimate, we prepare a formal quote with confirmed trade pricing, inclusions, and a project timeline.
6.Communication Group Setup
Every project receives a dedicated WhatsApp group to keep communication simple and transparent. You receive progress photos, updates, and can contact the GCG team directly.
7. Subcontractor & Supplier Engagement
We engage our trusted network of licensed trades and suppliers for site-specific pricing and scheduling. Each team we work with is experienced, insured, and aligned with GCG’s quality and safety standards.
8. Proposal Finalisation & Quote Conversion
Once all pricing and details are confirmed, your estimate is finalised into a fixed-price proposal. This eliminates hidden costs and ensures you know exactly what to expect.
9. Digital Contract & Home Warranty Insurance
A digital building contract is issued for signature, and Home Warranty Insurance is arranged for all eligible projects to protect you and your investment.
10. Deposit Invoice Issued
We issue a deposit invoice to secure materials and confirm scheduling. Upon payment, your project is booked into our construction program.
11. Works Commence
Construction begins on the agreed start date. Our licensed team manages daily site operations, ensuring safety compliance, efficient coordination, and quality workmanship.
12. Customer Satisfaction Survey
Before completion, we invite you to share your feedback on the overall process, communication, and outcome. This helps us continue improving how we deliver our projects.
13. Construction Delivery & Handover
At the end of each project, we conduct a full walkthrough and issue a digital handover package that includes warranty documentation, compliance certificates, and maintenance information.
